Pulpit Live listens to the preacher. The moment a reference is named — “John three sixteen” — the verse is on the screen. Nothing to click, nothing to type, no one sitting at the laptop. King James Version, and it works without internet.
Windows 10/11 and Mac · full access for 14 days, then one lifetime license per church · US$99
Built for churches where no one wants to sit at a laptop during the sermon.
Press Start once when the service begins. Every reference the preacher says, in any natural way, goes up by itself. No pauses, no operator.
Name only a chapter for a verse-by-verse study and it shows page after page. Say “next page”. Say “find but God commendeth his love” when the reference slips your mind.
Everything runs on the laptop. No internet during the service, nothing recorded, nothing sent anywhere. The speech engine is built in; there is no subscription.
Dark, light or Bible-study style with the verse before and after; five formal fonts; your church logo and background picture.
Understands whole sentences and a wide range of accents, and lets you add a corrections list for words your preacher says differently.
One payment, one church, up to two computers. Never expires, never renews, never phones home.
John three sixteen→ John 3:16
Book of John chapter three verse sixteen→ John 3:16
First Corinthians thirteen four to seven→ 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
First Corinthians chapter fifteen→ the whole chapter, page by page
Find but God commendeth his love→ Romans 5:8
Next page · next verse · blank screen→ voice commands
The app can only be as accurate as what the laptop hears, so the microphone must be close to the preacher's mouth. Pick one:
From the back of the hall, picking up the room, no app works well. The Listening screen shows a level bar and warns when the voice arrives too quietly.
One clip-on mic. Nothing else to buy.
The verse screen opens on the projector by itself (set the laptop to Extend, not Mirror). Press the big Start button once when the service begins. The app listens for the whole sermon and stops itself after a long silence.
Then just preach.
“First Corinthians chapter fifteen” shows the chapter in readable pages. Say “next page” or press the arrow key to move on; “verse four” jumps within the chapter.
“Find but God commendeth his love” puts Romans 5:8 on the screen. If several verses share the words, they are listed five at a time; say “number two” to show one.
Tell us who you are and the download for your computer appears right here. Full access for 14 days: voice, chapters, find, every projector style. After that, one lifetime license per church.

No. The speech engine, the Bible text and the license check all run on the laptop. Nothing is recorded and nothing is sent anywhere.
Very good when the microphone is near the preacher: a clip-on wireless mic plugged into the laptop, or the laptop on the pulpit. From the back of the hall no app works well. Words your preacher says differently can be added to a corrections list.
King James Version only, all 31,102 verses.
Either. Most churches try it for a Sunday or two first, then order. You can also order on day one. Paying never restarts anything; the key simply unlocks the app you already set up, with your settings kept.
Press Pay with PayPal, pay by PayPal balance or card, and type the church name and your email in the note box at checkout. We match the payment and email the license key, normally within hours, always within a day. Paste it in Settings → License → Manage.
The app locks and shows the purchase screen. Enter a lifetime license key and everything is back, with your settings kept.
Yes. The Study style shows the verse before and after so a visitor can read along, and the laptop's own mic is fine with the preacher close by.
The installers are not yet signed with paid certificates. Windows: click “More info → Run anyway”. Mac: right-click the app → Open → Open.
